therapy services
With sensitivity and compassion, I provide holistic counseling that draws from evidence-based research and Christian faith. My integrative approach utilizes EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and somatic interventions to help regulate your nervous system and restore the emotional connection to yourself and others.
Establishing a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship with my clients is foundational to my work. There is healing to be found in having the security of a relationship where you’re seen, known, and accepted. I bring a warmth and playfulness to counseling even as we attend to the more tender parts of your story.
While my Christian faith undergirds the work I do, I know the reality of spiritual abuse and church hurt and am sensitive to meeting you where you are in your faith. My goal is to create a safe place for healing for each of my clients.
what to expect in the therapy process
Our first meeting is the time for me to learn about your story—your strengths and your struggles—and to identify the healing that you’re looking for.
From there we will begin our work together to thoughtfully consider the experiences that have shaped you, the messages you came to accept along the way, and the truths you want to fully believe so that you can live out of a place of healing and wholeness.
Because of the deeply relational nature of therapy you can expect the process to take many months, often a year or longer. The work we do together is tailored to your unique needs and we work at the pace that is most comfortable for you.

I’ve got good news and not so good news! The good news is that I am committed to the therapeutic relationship until you have experienced the healing and growth that you’re looking for. The not so good news is that when you reach out to me for a therapy appointment, you may be offered a spot on my waitlist until I have an opening.
I learned a long time ago that I can’t try to squeeze in just one more client beyond what I know is a healthy caseload and still be a good therapist, wife, mom, and friend.

Both!
I would love to meet with you in person in my cozy Roseville office.
I am happy to offer virtual appointments to clients who reside in MN.
